Who we are

Apartment Insider is operated by Sean Ray Realty ("we," "us"). This policy explains what information we collect when you ask us for help finding an apartment and how we use it.

Information we collect

When you fill out one of our forms (including forms on Facebook and Instagram), we collect the information you give us, such as your name, phone number, email address, move-in timeframe, apartment preferences, budget and where you are moving from.

How we use it

• Contact you by phone, text message or email about your apartment search
• Send you apartment options, move-in specials and tour details
• Schedule tours and follow up on your search
• Improve our service

Text messages

By giving us your phone number, you agree to receive calls and text messages from us about your apartment search. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share the details needed for your search with apartment communities you choose to tour or apply to, so they can register you as our client. We also use trusted service providers (such as our CRM and messaging tools) that process data on our behalf. We may disclose information if required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as needed to help with your search and for our records, unless you ask us to delete it.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or stop contacting you, at any time by emailing Sean@seanrayrealty.com.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
